Scott Baldwin – President
Mr. Baldwin has been associated with the futures and securities industry since 1981. After a successful 20-year career as a member of the CBOT, Scott continues to focus his efforts on all aspects of the futures business. He has been instrumental in the creation, formation and coordination of proprietary and client driven commodity investment solutions, as well as the cultivation and oversight of partner offices and affiliate relationships.
He operates as principal and president of SRB Capital Management, an Independent Introducing Broker and Commodity Trading Advisor, committed to providing institutions and professional investors with quality managed futures investments and clearing arrangements. Along with NFA registrations, Mr. Baldwin maintains Series 7 and 63 licenses.
Daniel Lewis – Director Sales and Business Development
Mr. Lewis has worked full time in the futures industry since August of 1987. He has spent the majority of his career in the financial futures area where he worked in multiple capacities in brokerage operations and proprietary trading including Tudor Investment Corporation and MF Global Inc. As a Director of Sales and Business Development, his focus is clearing, execution, portfolio construction and Commodity Trading Advisor specialty services.
Michael Bargamian – Asset Allocation
Michael Bargamian is a military veteran of the United States Navy. He is registered with the National Futures Association and has held a series 3 license since 2002.
Michael served as an Introducing Broker with Commodity Investors Group for nearly a decade, specializing in their futures business before joining SRB Capital Management.
Other endeavors include, Director of Business Development for a specialty tax firm working with CPA’s, Architects, Commercial Property Owners and Family Offices nationally.
Michael is registered as an Associated Person of the SRB Capital Management branch office in Naples Florida.
Thomas Reavis – Naples, FL Branch Manager
For over 30 years, Tom Reavis was a full member of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. During that time he worked as an independent trader and market maker. In 1984 Tom began managing money for investors while studying and evaluating trading software. Tom was one of the early adaptors of systems trading which he made available to both individual and institutional investors. After many years of system development work, Tom founded Worldwide Futures Systems, commodity futures brokerage specializing in systems trading. Through WWFS Tom sought to provide clients access to his decades of experience in trading commodities, while he was also able to offer access to cutting-edge algorithmic trading software. He currently operates Worldwide Capital Strategies, a registered Commodity Trading Advisor which employs system programs he developed. In January 2016, Tom joined SRB Capital Management as an AP and Branch Manager in the Naples, FL office.
Herb Kral – Director
Herb Kral has combined more than 20 successful years in executive level positions at commodity brokerage firms including Refco, Lind Waldock, MF Global and Managed Account Research Inc. His current focus is consulting with institutional and high net worth clients, combining a strategic mindset with a practical approach to develop effective investment solutions for his clients. Herb’s expertise extends across several facets of the futures industry with extensive involvement in automated trading, brokerage & trading operations and managed futures investing. Herb’s broad knowledge and in-depth exposure to the futures business allows him to continue to research new products and enhance existing offerings as part of the SRB Capital team.
William F. Hague – Portfolio Allocation
William F. Hague has an extensive asset management background including Estate and Retirement Planning as well as Professional Portfolio Management. Since he began his career with Shearson Lehman Brothers in 1993, which later became Smith Barney, Bill has been providing sound financial advice to clients across the country. While with Smith Barney, Bill achieved the designation of Presidents Council, a rare accomplishment by industry standards. He also completed his designation in Guided Portfolio Management and earned a Retirement Consultation designation.
His portfolio management clients have ranged from large governmental agencies to private portfolio management for high-net worth individuals. Additionally he has managed assets for various fiduciary accounts including non-profit organizations as well as condominium and homeowners associations.
After a highly successful career as a Senior Investment Officer for both SouthTrust Bank and eventually AmSouth Bank, each with deposits of over $20 billion, he founded Hague Wealth Management, specializing in Wealth Preservation and Asset Protection.
Bill is registered with the National Futures Association and holds a Series 3 license. He is an Associated Person of the SRB Capital Management branch office in Naples, Florida.
As a 33 year resident of Marco Island, Florida, he has served on various boards including:
